Worth a clear location correction: this outfitter is genuinely based in Cornucopia, a separate village roughly 20-25 minutes (about 22 miles by road) northwest of Bayfield, not in Bayfield itself. It offers guided kayak tours to the south-shore sea caves near Cornucopia, plus rentals and classes.

Practical Tips

• Nearly every operator runs a narrower peak/guided-tour window (roughly June 20–Labor Day) nested inside a broader May–October general season — a visitor booking in late September or October may find some cruises still running while other tours have already ended for the year.

• If you want a large-boat sightseeing experience rather than paddling yourself, Apostle Islands Cruises is the operator built for that.

• The Meyers Beach mainland sea caves are also accessible as a free, NPS-managed hike (6-mile Lakeshore Trail) independent of any outfitter, if you'd rather explore on foot.

• Lost Creek Adventures is worth the drive if you're exploring the south shore generally, but it's not a Bayfield-based option.
