Deviant Craft Coffee & Donuts

A small-batch donut and craft-coffee shop in Olde Mistick Village. Formally merged with the previously separate Vault Coffee Roasters in July 2020 — any source still calling this spot "Vault Coffee Roasters" as a standalone business is outdated.

• Walk-in for regular purchases; also offers online pre-ordering and event/wedding catering bookings.

• *Good to know:

• Sits in a shopping-center property with a large free parking lot, unlike the scarce street parking most downtown cafes compete for. Donut flavors rotate weekly, announced Mondays on Instagram — popular flavors can sell out by afternoon later in the week.

• Anchor Mystic is a convenient stop if you're already visiting Mystic Seaport Museum next door, though its exact hours are genuinely unclear across sources.

• Lamplighter Trading Co. and Anchor Mystic both had real hour conflicts between sources — call ahead if timing matters.
